Plain-language terms for using NV Toolkit. Using the site means you accept them.
1. The service
NV Toolkit provides free, browser-based developer tools. All processing happens client-side on your device; we provide the software, you provide the data, and the data stays with you.
2. Your content
You retain all rights to anything you paste into or process with the tools. Because nothing is uploaded, we never acquire a copy, license, or any other interest in your content.
3. Acceptable use
Use the tools for any lawful purpose. Don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it abusively, or misrepresent its output as carrying any certification it doesn't claim.
4. No warranty
The tools are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We build on industry-standard engines and test carefully, but you are responsible for verifying output before using it in production — particularly for validators and converters whose results feed critical systems.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the site, including data loss, lost profits, or consequential damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the site.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the site evolves; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Last updated: June 3, 2026.
