Contact

NV Toolkit is run by NaveenKumar T. There is no support team or ticket queue behind the address below — messages go straight to the person who builds the site, and every one is read and answered.

Email

The one way to reach us: hello@nvtoolkit.com. Most messages get a reply within two working days; bug reports that include a reproducing sample are usually fixed in the same time. There is no phone line, no chat widget, and no social-media inbox — email is it.

Reporting a bug

Because the tools run entirely in your browser, we never see the input that caused a problem — so the sample is essential. A good report contains:

  • The tool page URL (for example /json-formatter or /png-to-webp).
  • A minimal input that reproduces the issue. Strip anything private first; for image tools, describe the file (format, dimensions, where it came from) if you would rather not send it.
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
  • Your browser and operating system — the tools use browser APIs and codecs, so a bug that appears in Safari may not appear in Chrome.

If the bug is a security issue — a way to make the site load or run something it should not — put "security" in the subject line and we will prioritize it.

Requesting a tool

The catalog is built on a shared workbench, which means a well-defined tool can usually ship quickly. Tell us three things: the input (format and a small example), the output you want, and the situation you need it in. Requests that describe a real workflow — "I get this from our billing API and need it as this for the spreadsheet team" — are far easier to build correctly than a bare tool name.

Correcting a guide

Every guide on the blog is checked before publication, but standards move and mistakes happen. If something is wrong, outdated, or unclear, send the guide URL and the passage in question. Corrections are applied to the article itself and its revision date is updated.

Privacy and advertising questions

Questions about what the site collects, how advertising consent works, or how to exercise your data-protection rights are answered by the same address. The Privacy Policy covers the details, including the fact that nothing you paste into a tool is ever transmitted to us — which also means we cannot recover it for you.
